IMPORTANT NOTICE
DERMAtrack is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical diagnoses or replace professional consultations. The simulations are approximations based on predictive algorithms and not personalized medical assessments.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of simulation features requires explicit acceptance of these Terms. Non-acceptance limits usage to non-image-based features.
2. Service Description
- Skin aging/sun damage risk questionnaire
- Facial simulations using AR filters
3. Eligible Users and Age
- 16+ required unless parental consent is provided
- Verification delegated to app stores
- Reasonable efforts for verification will be made
4. Privacy
Refer to the Privacy Policy available in the app's Information section.
5. License of Use and Restrictions
- Personal, non-commercial use license
- No modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution
- Filters must be used only within the app
6. User Content
- Images processed in real-time, not stored
- Questionnaire data stored locally
- User responsible for entered content
7. Intellectual Property
- App and content owned by MedicalWare and licensors
- Banuba FZCO AR technology under license
- Open source licenses listed in-app
8. Feedback
All feedback becomes the property of MedicalWare SRL without obligation or compensation.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
- App does not provide medical advice or diagnosis
- No liability for any damage resulting from app use
10. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify MedicalWare SRL against liabilities arising from misuse.
11. Photosensitivity Warning
- App may contain visual effects that trigger seizures
- Consult a doctor if any symptoms arise
12. Service Availability
- Free app, up to 50,000 users per month
- May be unavailable after capacity reached
- No guarantee of constant availability
13. Changes to Terms
Terms may change at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
14. Termination
Access may be revoked without notice upon violations of the Terms.
15. Applicable Law
Governed by Italian law.
16. Severability
If a provision is invalid, others remain in force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

- Sun damage mask: various intensity levels
